The prices are per night for the flat and depend on the occupancy, excl. local tax.
Prices
- Room rates are per person per night and include a buffet breakfast
- A tourist tax of EURO 2.80 (from 01.11.2024 EURO 4,80) will be charged per person per night (free for children under 15 years)
- For stays of less than 4 nights we charge EURO 5,00 per person and night in the rooms.
- We offer a discount for children sharing the parents’ room (depending on age)
- In summer, the Stubai Super Card is included in the price (from mid May – mid October)
DEPOSIT
You will receive confirmation of your booking once we have received your deposit!
Payment
Please settle your invoice in cash or by bank transfer (receipt of payment required before arrival date)
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
- You room/apartment will be available from 2 pm. Should you need to arrive after 6 pm, we kindly ask you to call us to let us know.
- We request you vacate your room/apartment by 10 am on your day of departure.
Breakfast
Enjoy a hearty buffet breakfast from 7.30 am until 9.00 am.
Pets
We apologise, but pets are not permitted in our guest house.
CANCELLATIONS
In the case of cancellations, general terms and conditions of the hotel industry apply
In the event of a cancellation, this means for you:
- You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 months before your arrival date
- If you cancel between 3 months and 1 month prior to your arrival date, the cancellation fee is 40%
- If you cancel between 1 month and 1 week prior to your arrival date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 70% of the total cost of your stay
- If you cancel within the last week prior to your arrival date, you will be charged 90% of the total cost of your holiday and 100% for early departure.
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, all booked days will be charged.
- We recommend taking out travel insurance.
